Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
Prior to a home purchase, our staff does a full walk-through to verify the home is structurally sound. All major systems and components are inspected, including: electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Roofing, drainage, windows, doors, and siding are checked for leaks and damage. The prospective buyer usually pays for this inspection.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
Similar to a pre-purchase home inspection, this can help increase the value and salability of your home. This process streamlines a home before somebody considers buying it. Following this inspection, a buyer can acquire a home loan much more easily. In this case, the home seller usually pays for the inspection.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection is done to ensure the contractor completed every facet of his work. Our staff checks to see that all systems are connected properly. Please note that this inspection does not verify issues involving possible code violations.
